Our world is ever-changing, and so are our options for mental health support. While I deeply value the benefits of in-person therapy, I also believe in doing therapy differently by embracing technology and offering online-only services. Online counseling (teletherapy, telehealth, virtual therapy) on a HIPAA-compliant video-conferencing platform provides access to mental health support from the comfort of your own space. It’s an accessible and affordable alternative to traditional face-to-face counseling, eliminating stress over traffic, distance, weather, or childcare. Perfect for our fast-paced, connected world. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a phone or computer. For added privacy, I recommend using headphones.
